A new marketing focus was needed for St Charles Care Center to attract interest from potential residents of the Care Center and Lodge. We redesigned the website with an emphasis on using a new photographic story of life at St Charles. We took a complete new set of photographs using our HDR techniques to produce a compelling photo tour of the facilities available. We also made it easy for potential clients to email a form with their specific interests to the marketing director. On another form, potential new employees can send a resume to the HR director.

An administrative interface under password control is available for site updates without the need for further web development. In addition, we developed an internal web application for tracking vacancies that allows all of the staff to be able to accurately coordinate available lodge openings while the perspective client is still on the phone. Finally, we provided search engine optimization which promoted St Charles website to front page ranking on both Google and Yahoo.

Results have been very positive. Within 6 months of the web redesign, St Charles has significantly increased occupancy and many new clients have referenced the website as a key sales tool that enticed them to contact St Charles.

HealthCare Friends is a networking group of healthcare professionals in the greater Cincinnati area. They had a very static and outdated website that did not convey their ongoing growth and activities. The website is meant both as a member communications vehicle and a recruiting tools for new members.

A new site was developed which provides a positive overview of the group, their goals, and shows the extensive number of organizations participating. A login capability enabled additional access to full member lists, meeting schedules, and events announcements. A different login enables the administrative interface which allows for updating new members and new organizations. Both meeting and event announcements can be added. The next meeting announcement is automatically generated and prominently displayed on the news section of all of the pages.

HealthCare Friends now has a new flexible website which serves 3 different sets of users seamlessly - members, prospective members, and administrators.
